What Counts as a Small Content Update

Small content updates are quick, routine changes to existing pages.

Examples

  • Change business hours
  • Swap out a photo
  • Update pricing or menu items
  • Add or edit a testimonial
  • Update contact info or address
  • Add a holiday or seasonal banner
  • Edit text on any page
  • Publish a blog post (you provide the text)

Not Included (Quoted Separately)

  • Designing a new page from scratch
  • Redesigning an existing page layout
  • Adding new features or functionality
  • Writing content for you
  • SEO campaigns or advertising
  • Logo or brand design

As a general rule, small updates are quick edits to existing pages — not larger design or development work. Bigger requests are quoted separately.

Requests are counted by task, not by message. Multiple changes in one request may count as multiple updates.

Monthly Website Status Summary

Every month, all support plan members receive a short summary covering:

  • Uptime — was your site online and accessible all month?
  • Page speed — is your site loading fast for visitors?
  • Security — any issues detected and resolved
  • Maintenance — what was updated behind the scenes
  • Content changes — summary of updates you requested

Business and Priority plans also include quarterly reviews with actionable recommendations.

Response Times

Response time is when we acknowledge your request and give you an estimated completion time.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM ET.

Emergency issues (site down, forms broken, critical errors) are handled as quickly as possible regardless of plan.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees
  • Your site stays live through the end of your billing period
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • If you cancel, we'll hand over all files and help you migrate
  • Monthly update allowances reset each billing cycle
  • You can re-subscribe at any time — no re-enrollment fees

You still own your website and can host it anywhere. If you ever need help later, we're available for one-off work.

  • On-demand support: $147/hr
  • New pages and edits quoted based on scope
  • Standard response time (no priority)

What's a Revision Round?

During your website build, you'll get 1–3 rounds of revisions depending on your package.

A revision round is one collected set of feedback submitted at one time. You review the site, gather all your changes, and send them together.

This keeps the project moving efficiently. Sending feedback in batches (rather than one item at a time) counts as one round.
